Ingredients

  1. 1 ¾ cups + 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  2. 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  6. 1 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
  7. 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  8. 2 large eggs
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  10. 2 cups dark or semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a liquid measuring cup, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  3. 3. In the bowl of a stand mixer (or using a whisk or a spatula and some muscle),cream butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. To the butter mixture, add the dry ingredients and the egg-vanilla mixture. Mix at medium until batter is smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. (Using a spatula will help avoid having flour flying all over the place!)
  5. 5. Using a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips one cup at a time, until just combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour, up to overnight.
  6. 6. Once ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 F (180 C) and position rack in the center of the oven. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. 7. Scoop chilled cookie dough using 2-Tablespoon scoops, spacing them 3 inches apart. Bake cookies one tray at a time for 15 minutes, or until slightly golden around the edges. Keep the other prepared tray of cookies and any leftover dough in the fridge while they wait for their turn to bake.* Let cookies cool on the tray about 10 minutes to firm up before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • 1/4 lingurita cuisoare macinate
  • 1/4 lingurita nucsoara macinata
  • 2 lingurite scortisoara
  • 1 lingurita cu varf bicarbonat de sodiu
  • putina sare

Pentru glazura:

  • 200 g zahar pudra
  • 1 albus
  • 2-3 linguri apa fierbinte
  • 2-3 linguri zeama de lamaie
  • putina sare

Ingrediente

  • Pentru tocanita:
  • 2 linguri de ulei de masline
  • 2 cepe mari taiate marunt
  • 1 lingura boia de ardei dulce
  • 1 cana apa (sau supa de pui, de legume. Eu am pus apa)
  • ~ 1 pept de pui taiata in cuburi de 5×5 cm (eu am lasat-o un pic mai mare)
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 1/4 lingurita piper proaspat macinat
  • Pentru galuste:
  • 1 cana faina
  • 1 lingurita peaf de copt
  • 1/2 lingurita sare
  • 1/3 cana lapte
  • 1 lingura de unt topit

Chiftelute

  • 500 gr carne tocata (de porc sau mixta vita+porc)
  • 2 catei usturoi
  • 1 felie de paine fara coaja inmuiata in lapte
  • 1 lingura de busuioc
  • 1 lingura de cimbru
  • 1 ou
  • 1 ceapa
  • sare, piper

Sos de rosii

  • 250 ml bulion
  • 120 ml supa de pui
  • 2 linguri rase faina
  • 1 ceapa
  • 1 catel usturoi
  • 1 lingurita zahar
  • 1 lingurita otet
  • 1 foaie dafin
  • 1/4 lingurita cimbru uscat
  • sare, piper negru
  • 1 lingura ulei

Chifle dulci cu stafide

Ingrediente:

  • Lapte 1 pah aici pahar de 300ml
  • Ulei de floarea soarelui 1 pah
  • Zahar 2 linguri
  • Sare 0.25 lingurite
  • Drojdie uscata 11 g sau 42g de drojdie proaspata
  • Faina alba calitate superioara 400 g
  • Praf de copt 10 g 1 plic

In varianta de post puneti in aluat lapte de soia, si ungeti chiflele cu niste gem de caise, sau cu putin ulei. Le ungeti deasupra cu infuzie de ceai negru.

Semipreparate :
Aluat dospit rapid 1 buc

Chifle Kaiser

De fiecare data cand imi cumpar ceva de la magazin ma intreb daca nu l-as putea face si eu in casa. Chiflele astea le cumparam de cate ori mergeam la cumparaturi in Bistrita, asa ca intr-o zi m-am revoltat si am cautat reteta pe net. Au iesit surprinzator de bune, cu mentiunea ca a trebuit sa-mi cumpar acea pompita pentru stropit, iar cele care nu s-au consumat trebuie pastrate in pungi pentru a nu se intari.
