Paste cu zucchini

Ingrediente
  • paste,
  • busuioc verde,
  • 1 lingura oregano ,
  • sare, piper,
  • 2 catei de usturoi,
  • rosii in conserva sau naturale,
  • busuioc ,
  • ulei de masline,
  • parmezan,
  • 1 dovlecel


Metoda de preparare
Se pun rosiile maruntite intr-o oala, la foc mic. Se adauga usturoi, sare, piper, oregano dupa gust. Se lasa sosul sa scada cam 15-20 de minute si intre timp se maruntesc dovleceii. Apoi se adauga dovleceii in sos si cateva frunze de busuioc maruntite, plus doua linguri de ulei de masline. Se fierb pastele si se amesteca in sos ca sa capete gust. Se pun pe farfurie si se decoreaza cu parmezan si busuioc.
