Ingrediente

  • piper alb,
  • 50g branza cu mucegai,
  • nucsoara,
  • 375ml lapte (1.5%grasime),
  • 2 linguri faina ,
  • 40g unt,
  • 600g broccoli rupt in bucati


Metoda de preparare
Incinge cuptorul la 200C.

Blanseaza bucatile de broccoli in apa clocotind, timp de 2 minute. Scoate-le si aseaza-le intr-un vas termorezistent pentru copt.

Topeste untul si adauga faina, amestecand continuu timp de 30 de secunde. Ia de pe foc si adauga treptat laptele, incorporand pana cand obtii un sos. Pune inapoi pe foc si gateste timp de 3-4 minute, pana cand sosul se ingroasa.

Condimenteaza cu sare, un praf de nucsoara si un praf de piper alb.

Toarna sosul peste broccoli, presara cubulete de branza cu mucegai si pune la cuptor timp de 10 minute pana cand branza se inmoaie.
