Biscuiti cu nuci si banane pentru diabetici

70ml ulei vegetal,

Metoda de preparare

Incinge cuptorul la 190C si pregateste mai multe tavi de copt.

Amesteca fulgii de ovaz, cu stafidele, nucile si sarea. Intr-un bol separat, amesteca bananele pasate cu uleiul si vanilia, apoi adauga-le peste ingredientele uscate si omogenizeaza compozitia. Lasa-o sa stea timp de 15 minute.

Pune cate o lingura din compozitie in tavile de copt la intervale egale. Coace biscuitii timp de 15 minute. Raceste-i pe un gratar.
