Legume la cuptor cu paste

Ingrediente:

  • 2 cepe medii
  • 1 ardei rosu
  • 1 dovlecel
  • 2 rosii mari
  • 1 morcov
  • 100 g paste
  • ulei de masline
  • parmezan 2 linguri
  • sare si piper

Se dau prin razatoare toate legumele sau se maruntesc.Se adauga parmezan, sare si piper. Se dauga un pic de ulei de masline si se pun intr-un vas de yena la cuptor pret de 30 de min la o temperatura de 200 de grade.

Pastele se pun la fiet si la sfarsit se amesteca cu compozita din cuptor.
