Dip de ardei cu rosii

Ingrediente:

  • 2 ardei
  • o conserva de rosii
  • 1 ceapa
  • lipie

Se iau doua lipii se ung cu ulei de masline ,se condimenteaza si se feliaza si se baga la cuptor pret de 6 min la temperatura de 180 de grade.

Se caleste o ceapa taiata marunt impreuna cu ardeii taiati marunt in ulei de masline.Dupa 5 min se adaunga conserva de rosii si se lasa pe foc sa scada cam pret de 15 min.

Se serveste si rece.
